Jack Husbands is a lawyer admitted in both Barbados and the British Virgin Islands. His main practice areas are commercial and corporate law, arbitration, regulatory advice and litigation, and probates and estates. He is a former partner of Walkers. Jack is a Trust and Estate Practitioner and is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. His memberships include the International Bar Association of which he is the Chair of the Negligence and Damages Committee.

Myrna Todman-Herbert is a consultant on probates and estates. Mrs Herbert has over 40 years' experience as a probate clerk, 40 years experience in applications for probates and administration and managing estates. She was, until September 2017, the principal of GOD Enterprises which specialised in probate and real estate.
